 Teaching Tai Chi for Community and Employee Groups
Tai Chi Benefits School currently runs many Tai Chi classes in different areas of north west region of England including Manchester, Sale, Sale Moor, Denton, Droylsden, Ashton-under-lyne, Poynton,
Wilmslow, Macclesfiled, Knutsford, Disley, Handforth, Pickmere,etc. also the school is happy to run Tai Chi classes, seminars or workshops for community groups (e.g. Club, Church, AGE concern ),
employee groups(e.g. school teachers, company staffs), schools pupils and University students etc. Private lesson is also available on your request. Please contact Dr Xainglin Li on 07877442771 for further details.
China Tai Chi Trip August 2012
 In cooperation with Chen Style Tai Chi Centre UK, Tai Chi Benefits is going to organize a Tai Chi Trip to China in August 2012.
The trip is open to all Tai Chi & Qigong students and friends to develop a greater understanding of this wonderful art with some of the
highest level masters in China. It will include visiting many of the incredible attractions, such as Beijing, Chen Tai Chi Village, Shaolin Temple, Xi'An, Zhangjiajie Forest Park etc. All training with Dr Xianglin Li and/or Master Liming Yue is covered by the Trip and additional training
with the monks/masters are available at extra cost during the trip. Students
will also be eligible for additional Duan Wei grading by the Chinese Wushu Association and Qigong Federation. Please contact Xianglin or

New year classes back soon from 6th Januray 2012!
Hi everyone, hope you had a nice Christmas and New Year celebrations, also hope you continue enjoying the holiday break with your family. Any way, just let you know that our new year classes will back soon from 6th January 2012, also new beginners classes in Alderley Edge and Poynton will start soon from 9th January 2012. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
Thank you for everyone who has come and joined my Tai Chi classes and Seminars during the year 2011, also special thanks for the ones who have helped and supported me on any of Tai Chi class issues. Thank you. The school will take a holiday break from 23rd December 2011 to 05th January 2012. Wish you all a lovely Christmas and a happy new year from Xianglin (Joe).
